Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing this chart below. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.

Q:Can I get my order express shipped?
A: 3-5 Business Day Shipping - add $5.00 to the standard shipping charge.
To Alaska & Hawaii : add $10 to the standard shipping charge.
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be received in 3-5 business days.
2nd Business Day Shipping - add $10.00 to the standard shipping charge.
Not available to Alaska & Hawaii
Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST will be received in 2 business days.
Next Business Day Shipping - add $15.00 to the standard shipping charge.
Not available to Alaska & Hawaii

Express delivery is available only for items that are in stock. Backordered items will always ship standard delivery. Please use a residential address for all express orders (express shipping is not available to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses).
